Procured via a call-off under CURO’s development framework, the project aims to strengthen affordable housing availability in the region. Supporting affordable homeownership, Aspire Housing awarded a £7.8m call-off contract to Countryside Properties for the delivery of 39 new-build homes in Chesterton under the ICN Framework. The project contributes to Aspire’s regeneration strategy.

Supporting energy transition, Milton Keynes Borough Council has selected WSP UK for a £150k consultancy contract for heat network design and procurement support. Running for 36 months, this project aligns with the borough’s decarbonisation ambitions.
