Spanning 36 months, the contract covers internal and external painting works across multiple properties, strategically split into three regional lots with potential extensions for an additional two years. Reinforcing outdoor upkeep, Hampshire County Council has awarded a substantial £7m Grounds Maintenance Framework (2025–2029) to General Farming & Contracting, John O’Conner (GM), and Scandor Landscape Contractors. This 47-month framework supports local authorities and schools with vital services like grass cutting, hedge maintenance, and weed control across the county.

The 15-month call-off covers new build housing initiatives aimed at expanding modern, energy-efficient homes. Powering a wave of residential regeneration across Northern Ireland, Choice has entrusted Newpark Developments with a series of strategic design-and-build contracts aimed at expanding and modernising its social housing portfolio. In Dunmurry, a landmark £9.05m project will deliver up to 50 new homes over 18 months, integrating land acquisition, planning, and construction to meet the Choice Design Guide and statutory requirements. Simultaneously, Omagh will see a £4.1m development over 14 months, ensuring end-to-end delivery of compliant social housing. In Greater Belfast, a £2.43m contract supports the creation of up to 20 modern homes in line with the Housing Association Guide, reinforcing urban renewal efforts.
