Queens Cross Housing Association-

Riverside-
Riverside is ramping up its lift services with a fresh three-year maintenance contract. Four firms – Concept, Stannah, RJ, and Apex Lifts will split regional duties, ensuring better reliability and quicker response times. It’s a smart, multi-contractor model focused on keeping buildings accessible and tenants safe.

Southside Housing Association Ltd-

Bracknell Forest Borough Council-
